How does 24/7 Indoor golf work / How do I access the facility?

• In your booking confirmation email you will receive your OpenPath code.  That is what you will use to access the front door.  That code is valid 15 min before your session 
  

How do I turn on the Trackman simulator?

• The simulator is already and and ready to go, simply turn on the projector, enter your Lock Screen PIN into the touchscreen located in your bay and you are golfing!

Do I need to use specific balls or do anything to my clubs?

• At The Fairway we do provide golf balls.  The Trackman i0 will recognize any ball as long as it is clean and unmarked (NO SHARPIE LINES) so feel free to use your ball of choice.

•  Please use clean clubs to avoid dirtying the screen.

Is The Fairway family friendly / are kids allowed?

• 100% The Fairway is family and kid friendly. Trackman offers numerous kids games and activities like neon mini golf, bullseye target practice! Family game night just got a lot more fun. 

• Each bay does have seating for non golfers or children to hang. We ask that families say within the bay they booked to ensure children safely around other golfers.   

What bay should I book? does it matter if golfers are Right or Left handed?

• At The Fairway all of the bays are large equip with Trackman i0 simulators that work with any handed golfer.

Do you serve food and drinks?

• NO, The Fairway is a a non licensed golf focused facility.  bottled / capped beverages are allowed.  No alcohol permitted onsite.

•  Light foods / snacks are allowed. With great food options located all around The Fairway, we encourage golfers to arrange takeout for after their golf session and not bring hot foods into the space in respect for other users / members.   

• NO beverage on turf or around computer components, this will result in termination of session.   

Can I set up my course or practice setting before I arrive?

• Yes, if you have a Trackman profile and the Trackman Golf App you can set up all your course settings ahead of your session.  After you unlock your screen, simply log into the app and away you go.

Can I host a party or event at The Fairway?

• Yes,  The Fairway is available to rent for your next special event, birthday party, bachelor party or corporate team building.   These must be arranged min 14 days prior to the event as the entire facility must be rented. 

• Smaller Groups (6-8) can rent multiple bays at 1 time but must maintain the communal nature of the facility and not break the rules and terms of The Fairway.
